Summary: Restrict portal intake to authorized clients by requiring a shared passcode (PIN) or restricting submissions to verified corporate email domains.

Setting an intake passcode

If you only want designated client stakeholders submitting requests, configure an intake passcode:

  1. In your project, navigate to Requests → Portal settings.
  2. Enter an Intake passcode / PIN (e.g. ACME-2026).
  3. Click Save settings.

Visitors must enter this passcode before the submission form is displayed.

Restricting by email domain

To prevent personal email submissions or external spam, enter allowed domains in Allowed email domains (e.g. acme.com, clientfirm.org).

Submissions with email addresses from other domains (such as @gmail.com or @yahoo.com) will be rejected automatically with an error message.
