GitHub commit messages not linking

Ensure your commit message explicitly includes the ticket key with a hyphen (e.g. ENG-42 Fix navbar bug). Commit messages like ENG42 or #42 will not match.

GitHub webhook returning HTTP 400/401

Check that the webhook secret in your GitHub repository settings matches the secret configured in Integrations → GitHub in VectorKan.

Slack messages failing to deliver

Ensure the Slack Incoming Webhook URL is active and the destination channel has not been deleted or archived in your Slack workspace.
